Promise Yourself Happiness

Aren't we all looking for happiness in love, life, career or business success?

I came across an organization called Optimist International. It's a World Wide volunteer organization dedicated to "Bringing out the best in kids." They have an amazing creed they teach and live by. I really took this to heart and try to apply this to every aspect of my life and business.

Promise Yourself

Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can
disturb your peace of mind.

To talk health, happiness and prosperity to
every person you meet.

To make all your friends feel like there is
something in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make your
optimism come true.

To think only of the best, work only for the best,
and expect only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others
as you are about your own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the
greater achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give
every living person you meet a smile.

To give so much time to the improvement of yourself
that you have no time to criticize others.

To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, and too
strong for fear, and too happy to permit the
presence of trouble.

Just think...if we are focused on doing the right thing, improving ourselves and helping others, how much happiness can be spread and in turn how much will be brought back to your own life and business success.

I take great pride in being a part of a team and company that follows the fundamental basics of helping others. I challenge you to strive daily to promise yourself to wake up with a smile and find someone you can help in your personal or professional life, with no expectations of getting anything in return.
